On behhalf of the organizing comitee, we have
the honour to invite you to participate in the next International F.I.T.E Open
Tournament that will be held in Madrid-Spain on March 22 nd .
As soon as people will have VISA for coming to
Spain, people will especify the dates and nights for Hotel reservation.

SCHEDULE:
9.00 hs to 14.00 hs and of 16.00 hs to 21.00 hs.
REGULATION:
I.T.F Rules
Official ITF Dobok or similar.
Gloves and approved Boots (Safety equipment)
Jock Strap
Shin protector (Optional)
Mouth Guard (Optional)
Head Protector (Optional)
Preliminary 2 rounds of 1.30 minutes with 30
seconds of rest.
Finals 3 x 2 minutes with 1 minute of rest.
Documentation
Age of 16 years and up. Federation license in
effect of any organisation, with medical coverage. Proof of degree and passport.
This documentation will be obligatory
to take part in the event.
Green belt 16 years and up.
Competitors of 16 and 17 years will need
parents authorisation.

Green belt to Red with black tip.
First degree to fifth degree.
Only one coach will be next to the ring with
training suit, training shoes and a towell.
The coaches will be able to make official
protest once they pay the obligatory fee € 60.
Inscription (Entry fee)
Affiliated to F.I.T.E 12 €.
Spanish organizations 15 €.
Rest of competitors 18 €.
The inscription fee will be paid at the same
time of the weight check.
Deadline of inscription: March 15th,
2003.
One umpire obligatory for club. Delegations who
will not bring umpires will have to pay
30€.
The colaboration of the umpire is requested in such a way as to help the event function well.
Navy Blue jacket.
Navy Blue trousers.
White socks and white training shoes.
White shirt.
Blue tie.
From 8.00 hs in the morning of the competition
day or the previous day.
The first classified will have a money prize.
The quantity will depend on the collection at the event.
Minors of 18 years.
They will have to present paternal
authorization.
